*Note, there should be a section for 'Other FF games'. Anyway just wondering if anyone has played FF3 and if it was on the NES or the NDS. As you knwo the NDS version is a 3D remake. This is the one I have completed due to obviously not owning a NES as I don't think I was even born when it came out. However the NDS remake was horrible, as I suspect all the other remakes are like FFIV NDS. The reason being although obviously the graphics were better this made the game soooooooooo slow, and it was barely playable (for me). An example was after a random encounter when you win, when the spin there weapons round and it gives you the stats (just like the other ff games) just so painfully long. Literally its the worst thing ever, whereas the ps1, gba versions are very quick. As the other ff games like 1,2,4,5 and 6 came out on gba and were amazing, 3 didnt, and I feel as though I havnt 'actually' played the real ff3. Just wondering who else thinks this way and if you have played it on either NES or NDS? Examples: Thanks! Kieran

Y'know, funny thing - III is the only game from I-XII I haven't played xD I really have to at some point soon. I'll totally add a section for "Other FF Games", that's a super idea

Yeahh I doubt there is much in terms of storyline in the original NES version. You can get the NES version really cheap on eBay, it's not very good tho. I think I'm going to emulate it on computer with a nes USB controller haha *and btw there isn't a FFXIII-3 is there? Its called lightning returns? Oh and add FFXIV ARR and FFXV Kieran

Haha, isn't XV not out yet? What systems is that gonna be for?
I'm thinking of making just an "Online FFs" to take care of XI and XIV ARR.
And word, that's sweet. I really like playing all the old ones, especially cuz I've been using the "RPG Maker" program recently - I love seeing the evolution of mechanics and stuff, and it makes it a lot easier to create nice maps when you can go off the ones that they made lol
